Driveway Plant Sale

On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June 2020, we will be holding a driveway plant sale to raise funds for the Society.

As we said in the May Newsletter, several committee members have been busy growing plants which they had intended to offer for sale at our June Show. As that event can no longer take place, we have decided to offer these plants to any members for a small donation to society funds.

To comply with the current restrictions, the plants will be on the driveway of our President, Pat Weir, at the address below. However, we would ask that you ring before setting out in order to conform availability and ensure that social distancing can be maintained.

Below is a list of some the plants that will be available, along with a “guide price” for donations:

Begonia Sahara:
£2 per tray

Geranium Tutti Frutti: £1 per pot

Coleus Rainbow Mix: £1 per pot

Dahlia:
3 litre pots, very large
£3 each

Herbaceous Perennials:
various in 1 litre pots
£2 each

Minimum donation of £2.

The plants will be available at the following address between 10am and 5pm on 6th and 7th June:
